These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) govern the OHS+ Loyalty Program for frequent guests of OHS HOTELES hotels (hereinafter referred to as “OHS+” or the “Program”), operated by OHS HOTELES, with registered address at CÓRDOBA 1950, MAR DEL PLATA, BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA.
By becoming a member of the Program, you accept that you have read, understood, and agreed to (a) the T&Cs, (b) the terms of use of the website www.ohshoteles.com.ar and (c) the Privacy Policy of the website.
These T&Cs may be replaced or amended from time to time by OHS HOTELES, either in whole or in part, without the need to obtain prior express consent. This is because you may cease to be a member of the Program at any time and, consequently, your continued participation in the Program shall be understood as acceptance of any modification to the T&Cs. It is your responsibility as a member of the OHS+ Program to remain properly informed of the T&Cs and any amendments thereto; therefore, we suggest regular review. OHS HOTELES may eliminate the OHS+ Program without prior notice to Program members and without granting them any right to compensation for unused benefits.
OHS+ (hereinafter, the “Program”) is the loyalty program of OHS Hoteles, created to reward the loyalty of its guests through the accumulation and redemption of OHS Points, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Program implies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions.
1.2. The Program applies exclusively to participating OHS hotels, which may be modified, incorporated, or removed at the discretion of OHS Hoteles, without generating any right to claim.
The OHS Hoteles hotels (hereinafter, the “Participating Hotels”) that are part of the OHS+ Program at the time of publication of these Terms and Conditions are the following:
Hotel Spa República – Mar del Plata
Cerro Calafate Hotel – El Calafate
Dorá Hotel – Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
Tierra y Mar Villas Turísticas – Camet Norte
SEC Hotel – Mar del Plata
The Benefits granted may only be used at Participating Hotels.
2.1. Participation in the Program is free of charge and without obligation of purchase.
2.2. Natural persons over 18 years of age, legally capable, who register through the official OHS Hoteles website, authorized digital channels, or authorized in-person registration points may participate.
2.3. Registration is personal, individual, and non-transferable. Corporate or group accounts are not permitted.
2.4. Each member is responsible for keeping their personal and contact information up to date. OHS Hoteles shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or outdated information.
3.1. Only stays booked through official channels authorized by OHS Hoteles generate OHS Points, including:
Official website
Reservations center
Direct chain and hotel channels
Hotel front desk
3.2. Reservations made through online agencies or third parties (e.g., Booking, Expedia, Despegar or others), tour operators, special corporate rates, group reservations, or special agreements do not accumulate points nor allow redemption.
3.3. The Program applies up to a maximum of 10 rooms per reservation. Reservations exceeding this number shall be considered group bookings and will not generate points.
4.1. Members accumulate OHS Points for:
Qualified stays at participating hotels
Special promotional actions defined by OHS Hoteles
Bonuses or courtesies granted by OHS
4.2. Points are calculated solely on amounts effectively paid, excluding taxes, fees, administrative charges, and tips.
4.3. Points will be credited within 72 hours after check-out of the stay.
4.4. Points will not be credited for:
Cancelled reservations
No show
Complimentary stays
Unpaid charges
Payments made totally or partially with points
4.5. The Benefits of the Program are as follows:
Program members will receive offers and promotions at the email address indicated at the time of registration. Only the Program member may effectively use these promotions. Offers, discounts, and promotions are not cumulative with each other. Promotions or offers may consist of special discounts or other types of benefits.
Program members may earn OHS Points which may be redeemed for the Benefits described herein. The OHS Points Program is subject to the following special conditions, in addition to the other Program conditions:
4.5.1. Welcome OHS Points: once the member is duly registered, 5 (five) OHS Points will be granted.
4.5.2. Only nights paid at a qualified rate and booked through the official OHS Hoteles website, authorized digital channels, reservations center, or the front desk of any Participating Hotel (hereinafter, the “Qualified Stays”) will generate OHS+ Points. OHS+ Points are not granted for stays booked through third-party websites (including but not limited to Booking, Expedia, and Despegar), reward nights, bonus nights, reservations made by tour operators, or stays based on sponsorship rates or other special agreements such as “Group Booking.”
4.5.3. Program members must have previously chosen to obtain OHS Points in their Program profile.
4.5.4. Program members must provide their membership number to generate OHS Points.
4.5.5. If a hotel ceases to be a Participating Hotel after a member makes a reservation, the stay will not qualify to accumulate OHS Points.
4.5.6. For every 1 (one) United States dollar billed by the Participating Hotel and paid by the Program member (excluding for this purpose the amount billed and paid for taxes, charges, fees, contributions, and commissions), the member will obtain the equivalent of 5% in OHS Points. For example, if a member purchases one night for 100 USD, said member will earn 5% in OHS Points, equivalent to 5 USD. OHS+ Points will not be granted for purchases paid with OHS Points. In the case of partial payment, OHS+ Points are granted based on the portion of the purchase not paid with OHS+ Points.
4.5.7. OHS+ Points are redeemable for discounts on accommodation nights and are valid for 24 months from their issuance. Once this period ends, they will automatically expire.
4.5.8. OHS+ Points will be deducted from the Program member’s account at the time the redemption request is made.
4.5.9. All redemptions are final and the benefit cannot be returned for credit, except as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
4.5.10. Only Program members may redeem OHS Points in their accounts. Points are not transferable nor redeemable for cash. When redeeming OHS+ Points, the oldest points are always used first.
4.5.11. The granting of Benefits may not be requested at any time if, at the time of booking, the member was not enrolled in the Program.
5.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, 1 OHS Point equals USD 1 for use within the Program; the exchange value shall be taken at the USD value in Argentine pesos (ARS) at the time of use.
5.2. Points do not constitute cash, are not transferable, and may not be sold or redeemed outside the Program.
5.3. OHS Hoteles reserves the right to modify the point-to-currency equivalence, informing members in advance.
6.1. OHS Points may be used for:
Discounts on stays
Partial or full payment of reservations, when the option is enabled
6.2. Redemption is subject to:
Hotel availability
Specific conditions of each benefit
Points validity
Applicable cancellation policies
6.3. Benefits are not cumulative with other promotions, unless expressly indicated.
6.4. Points will be automatically deducted at the time the redemption is confirmed.
6.5. Upon earning new points, the expiration date of the points is renewed.
7.1. In the event of cancellation of a reservation paid totally or partially with points, such points will be reinstated only if the cancellation policy of the rate allows it.
7.2. If the rate is non-refundable, the points used will be automatically forfeited.
8.1. OHS Points are valid for 24 months from their accrual date.
8.2. Expired points may not be recovered or reactivated under any circumstances.
9.1. OHS Hoteles may implement temporary promotions such as:
Double or triple points
Special bonuses
Exclusive benefits
9.2. These actions shall be subject to specific conditions and limited validity, duly communicated through official channels.
10.1. Communications related to OHS+ will be sent by email, including:
Program welcome
Points accrual
Points use or redemption
10.2. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their contact information updated.
11.1. OHS Hoteles may suspend or terminate a member in the event of:
Fraudulent use of the Program
Breach of these terms
Inappropriate conduct at participating hotels
False or manipulated information
11.2. Termination implies the immediate loss of accumulated points and benefits, without right to claim.
11.3. Likewise, any Program member may request cancellation of their membership by sending an email to contacto@ohshoteles.com.ar, with the subject “CANCELLATION OF THE OHS+ PROGRAM.” Once this email is received and processed, all benefits will be automatically cancelled.
12.1. OHS Hoteles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program totally or partially at any time.
12.2. Cancellation of the Program shall not generate any right to financial compensation or reimbursement for unused points.
13.1. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Law and the Privacy Policy of OHS Hoteles.
13.2. The information shall be used exclusively for the management of the Program and related communications.
14.1. The Program is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
14.2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
